As advertised 20 Cards - No Threat cards

The other blank card sets I've purchased typically had 25-30 cards.
This set only has 10 Encounters and 10 Artifacts. It would have been nice to have maybe 3 Low, 3 Medium, 3 High and 1 Epic threat card included for the $10. Guess I'll have to buy the generic Blank Trheat set later.
Cards are of good quality though.
