Fresh from the Dark Stone Forge, we are excited to present the Limited Edition Underworld Door/Infinity Gate. 

    The ancient doors to the Underworld are sealed with magical runes and sigils to keep the terrors that lay beyond trapped. Sometimes the magic of these runes falters, and the doors begun to buckle... and break!

    The Underworld Doors Terrain Hazard represents one of the eldritch passages that leads to the cold dark of Hel's domain... the Underworld. Traditionally Norse-themed, the Underworld Doors are also great to represent gateways to the Void that have been sealed by occult means, or that are used by the Crimson Hand to unleash demons and creatures into the world, breaking down the runic barriers and squeezing through the cracks that form in the splintered doors.

    In addition, on the back side of this Terrain Piece is a new type of dangerous portal that the Heroes can encounter on their Adventures called an Infinity Gate! Larger and more deadly than a normal gateway, the Infinity Gate actually pulls Heroes that stray too close into its swirling vortex, launching them into the world on the other side, and potentially corrupting them with Void energy as they pass through. The Infinity Gate also charges everything beyond it, Heroes and Enemies alike, with Void potential, giving all models in the world it leads to extra Damage on their Attacks. Much like the Hell Mouth Terrain Piece before, this new Infinity Gate can be encountered in any Adventures, not just the Missions included with this set.

   This set also comes with 2 brand new Missions -

Mission 1: Horror at the Gates 

   One of the gates to the Underworld is breaking open and countless horrors are ready to burst through! The ground shakes and the sky grows dark with each pounding strike against the ancient braces that hold the doors closed. If you cannot find a way to reinforce the runic magik of the seals, the doors will buckle. Even now, some evil has begun to squeeze through the splintered cracks!

   This Mission sees the Heroes split up to find 3 Underworld Runes lost across 3 different worlds, all while trying to Hold Back the Horrors that threaten to break through the Underworld Doors. With flickering portals that connect to all other Gates on the board, and a ticking clock, can the Heroes find the Runes and fight their way to the foot of the Underworld Doors to seal them before it's too late?!

Mission 2: Valitore's Calling 

   Haunted by visions of a hideous fortress with countless tower spires and twisting dungeons of despair and madness, you wake in a cold sweat, terrified. These visions have been plaguing you for days, and the restless sleep is wearing on your fraying mind. But now you know. They are calling to you. One word echoes in your mind...Valitore.

  The Heroes must seek out one of the dangerous Infinity Gates deep in the Mines, drawn to it by the call of the Void. Only there can they face a powerful Emissary of Valitore that has come to unleash torment unto our world. This Mission highlights Void Enemies and pits the Heroes against the masters of madness that haunt that eldritch world between worlds. 

   This deluxe resin terrain piece depicts the ancient and massive Underworld Doors, with a terrifying Infinity Gate on the back side. It is an all-new scenario set piece for Shadows of Brimstone, plus 2 new Missions themed for this new piece!

   The Underworld Doors model is cast in high-detail resin and hand-poured in-house by Flying Frog Productions. This stand out piece is easy to paint and will make an excellent addition to your Shadows of Brimstone collection! We have limited quantities due to the cost and difficulty to cast.
