The retail version of the Scafford Gang is a Deluxe Enemy Pack that includes the 6 Scafford Gang enemies and their leader, Colonel Scafford.  Outlaw Backers did not receive Colonel Scafford unless they added him in the Pledge Manager or Web Store.  If you received your Wave 2 package and have decided you would now like to get Colonel Scafford, this is the item to purchase.
