Orders that include pre-orders will wait to ship until the pre-ordered items are ready to ship. Pre-Order items will ship to arrive on the release date. If you want to receive your in-stock items sooner, please make a separate order for your in-stock items and your pre-ordered items. If your separate orders both add up to $100 we will honor the promo cards for the $100 order, just leave us a note letting us know with your order that you’ve made separate orders but your combined total is $100 or more.  (This message only applies if we have pre-order items and are running a 2 promo cards if your purchase $100 or more before shipping and tax.)

8/25/26 - We are temporarily unable to ship packages to Germany as none of the ones we have been shipping are making it to their destination and none have been returned to us.  We are waiting until at least one of them have been returned to us to find out what has been going wrong. We need to modify whatever we have been doing so we can get them to you again.  Thank you for your patience, if you are experiencing the same problem and have figured out the solution, please email us.
